Export contacts from evolution to csv

There is an utility called evolution-addressbook-export that does the job.

To find it we can use the locate command:



$ locate evolution-addressbook-export



It shows the location:
/usr/lib/evolution/3.12/evolution-addressbook-export

Then we can execute the command to export our contacts:

./evolution-addressbook-export --format=csv>/home/user/contacts.csv
